こんにちは、村上です。 様々な規模のホテルが日々建設・計画されています。 グーグルで「ホテル　新築計画」と調べると55000件ほどヒットしました。 大きい会社の思惑について考えてみましょう。 ホテルが建つ 　・雇用が生まれる 　・観光客がくる 　・ビジネスマンが来る 　・街が活性化する それぞれの本来業務にしている商品を提供する先として”おいしく”みえるわけです。 ですが実際にホテルのことを考えて商談に臨んでいるケースは多くないようです。 それはビジネスなので収益性が重要だからのようです。 何人の営業マンを費やしていくらのビジネスを成功させるか。 その市場は、流通や小売、製造などではなくなぜホテルなのか？ 現在は地方創生が課題でもありますので、大きい会社こそ本当は俯瞰的に提案をすべきでありそこそこの収益性で手を打つべきなのではないかと思います。 ですが、座るポストによっては変化を拒んだり、新規開拓のリスクから逃げたりする幹部が多かれ少なかれいるのも事実です。 こうした態勢が日本の大企業の多くに残っているからなかなか効果的に展開ができないのでしょう。 ホテルの側からするといい迷惑です。 いい話を持ってきて、それぞれが企業の論理で離合集散を繰り返す。 いい加減にしてくれ！と怒りたくなるところだと思います。 そんな中でも、ゲストをしっかり見て運営するホテルになるべくスタッフの方をはじめみな頑張っていることと思います。 私のできる提案もそうした皆様のために少しでもお役に立てれば幸いです。 こうした大企業の打算は百も承知かと思いますが、さらに上を行く計算をして利用する側につけるように、微力ながらアドバイスできればと思います。 なにかあればぜひご相談ください。 Hello, this is Murakami.
