花粉症がどんどん悪化しており辟易しております。
とくに風邪っぽい症状も出てきて、咳が止まらず苦しい事態です。
年度末ということで今年もてんてこ舞いです。
毎年のことながらこの時期は本当に記憶がないです、忙しくて。
ホテルや旅館に対する取り組みについても徐々に本格化しています。
村上の想いとしては、徹底的に寄り添うことを大事にしたいということです。
とかくビジネスだからということでシビアになり、お客様のことを考えなくなってしまうということが多々あります。
効率化、ギブ＆テイクなど仕事をする上では切り離せないモノなのかもしれません。
ですが、わが社がこの事業に携わる以上、お客様や宿泊するゲストのことを本当に考えて対応をしていく、そういう手助けを率先すべきだと思っています。
４月になればまた少し状況が変わってくるかもしれません。
今度はゴールデンウィークに向けて観光客に感動を与えるホテル・旅館づくりを一緒にしていきましょう！！
